Installation Technician M/F
Responsabilities
Prepare a new machine for a Factory Acceptance by the customer before shipping
Installation of the machines at the customers factory
Train customers on their new machines
Service existing machines
Provide technical assistance and support for incoming queries related to computer systems, software, and hardware (vision systems)
Identifies, researches, and resolves technical issues for end users
Have a strong awareness for technical contents and suggest improvements for an increased reliability
Profile
open minded, able to work in a multicultural environment
Team Spirit
Autonomous, rigorous and flexible
Able to work far from your home (Travel required)
You are fluent in english and german, french and anothers european languages will considered as a strong asset
Analytical and problem-solving abilities even under high pressure situations
Bachelor degree in automation, electronics, electrical or computer sciences
